Rosegate Consultants are pleased to announce that they have recently been appointed as the project managers for the:

                     Lighthouse Beach Residence, Pattaya

This private residence will consist of 3 houses & a large swimming pool.  On completion, the total living space will be in excess of 4000sqm.   The main house itself, with direct access to the 80 metre beach, will be set on 3 floors & that alone will be in excess of 2300sqm.

The 3 main buildings of the project will be linked by an underground tunnel.

This project is being built in the Phratmanak hill area of Pattaya; some of the local real estate agents have nicknamed this area “Beverly Hills”.

The project site itself is a 3 rai plot (4800sqm) on a very steep incline. The main house itself will be located at the bottom of the hill, & have great ocean views. See picture below.

This private residence will be built to the highest specifications, with selected finishings being imported from overseas.

The specifications on this development are going to be extremely high, and comparable to the highest western standards

As expected with this very complex project, the architectural drawings are extensive, covering all aspects of the construction process, even down to the final landscape design.

The construction is expected to start in late July/August 2008.  The estimated build time is going to be approximately 2 years.
